Scriptural Marriage Covenant This Marriage Covenant is designed for believers only. The State has NO authority over a Religious Marriage Covenant, since it is an Ordinance given by Yahweh. We do not recognize homosexual marriages, and consider them an abomination against Yahweh, and all that is decent.
A Proper Land Indenture Deed NOTE: 'Statutory Warranty Deeds', or instruments like 'Quit Claim' Deeds do not convey 'ownership' or title to land, they only transfer the right of conveyance.
